Where is my data?
In your browser’s local storage, on your device. Nothing is uploaded. That means it does not sync between devices; use Export JSON in the More tab to move it.
I cleared my browser data and everything is gone.
Local storage was deleted along with it. If you have a JSON backup, use Import JSON in the More tab. If not, the data cannot be recovered.
I paid but the app still shows the free limits.
The purchase is confirmed on the page Stripe returns you to. If that redirect was interrupted, email us your Stripe receipt and we will restore your license.
How do refunds work?
Email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. No forms, no questions.
Does FairTab send payment reminders or move money?
No. FairTab computes who owes what and the shortest way to settle. Paying each other is up to you: cash, bank transfer, or any payment app you already use.
